Branding Research

From researching branding we have seen that people see branding as more than just a logo etc, it is something that people see visually and decided whether they like it or not there and then. We need to create something that invites people and gets them interested, whilst staying relevant, and creating a brand were everything works well together and overall makes something successful. We want to create different things like a logo, letterhead and so on, so therefore they have to instantly be recognisable to the same company whilst standing out on their own.






These are a few visual explainations of branding and what that intails. I think that we have decided to focus our time and effort on creating:

1. A logo 
2. A letterhead
3. A poster (to advertise the gallery)
4. A leaflet (to hand out to people both in the gallery and outside to get people to visit)

These should be more than enough to create a suitable and relevant brand for our art gallery and advertise it to the media which is another section of the brief.
